We’re always excited to welcome new patients to Zephyr Health! Whether you’re seeking menopause care, support with sexual health concerns, or a general consultation, we’re here to provide compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized care.

To help you get started, we offer a free 15-minute Meet & Greet, available virtually or in person. This no-pressure conversation is a great opportunity to learn more about our practice, our approach, and the services we offer. It also gives you a chance to ask questions about costs and care options—to make sure we’re the right fit for you.

We understand that visiting a new provider can feel overwhelming. To make things easier, we’ll send you new patient forms ahead of time, so you can complete them at your own pace before your appointment. This helps us focus your visit on what really matters:  you.

If you’re coming in for menopause care, you’ll also receive a menopause-focused intake form to complete. This allows us to better understand your symptoms, concerns, and goals so we can tailor your care accordingly.

Once you schedule an appointment, you’ll receive a link to fill out your forms and upload any relevant medical records or a list of current medications through the Patient Passport system. This helps us get a full picture of your health and ensures your visit is as smooth and productive as possible.
